Villa Manetti (official website www.vacanzesardegna.org) is divided into four apartments (three of these apartments are used as holiday home. At the First Floor there are a 3 rooms apartment ("Trivano") and a 2 rooms apartment ("Bivano"); at the second floor there is another 2 rooms apartment). The villa also have a detached Dependance at the ground floor which is used as holiday home too. All apartments are tastefully furnished, decorated with the paintings made by the owner. The villa is also equipped with a shared laundry area with washing machines. In  the shared garden of 900 sqm you will find two areas for barbecue (equipped and availables for guests) and a lot of different types of plants, trees and flowers, such as olive trees, oleanders, hibiscus, magnolia, figs, oranges.

At the first floor of the Villa Manetti there are two apartments. The Three-rooms apartment (Trivano) has an area of 100 m² and can accommodate 4-6 persons. The kitchen has a fridge with freezer, gas hob and a double sofa bed, TV. The apartment has two bedrooms that can be arranged either with single beds and with double beds. One of the bedrooms and the kitchen have access to 2 separate balconies. The bathroom has a shower.
