Villa Manetti (official website www.vacanzesardegna.org) is divided into four apartments (three of these apartments are used as holiday home. At the First Floor there are a 3 rooms apartment ("Trivano") and a 2 rooms apartment ("Bivano"); at the second floor there is another 2 rooms apartment). The villa also have a detached Dependance at the ground floor which is used as holiday home too. All apartments are tastefully furnished, decorated with the paintings made by the owner. The villa is also equipped with a shared laundry area with washing machines. In  the shared garden of 900 sqm you will find two areas for barbecue (equipped and availables for guests) and a lot of different types of plants, trees and flowers, such as olive trees, oleanders, hibiscus, magnolia, figs, oranges.

At the first floor of the Villa Manetti there are two apartments. The two-rooms apartment (Bivano) has an area of 100 m² and can accommodate 3-5 persons. The kitchen is also a dining room and has a beautiful wood stove, a fridge with freezer, gas hob and a double sofa bed, TV. The apartment has 1 bedroom that can be arranged either with 3 twin beds or with one double bed + one single bed. The bedroom also access to a terrace with a beautiful view of the village and the mountains around. The terrace is equipped with table and chairs so you can eat and relax during the long summer evenings. The bathroom is with shower.
